The Hunger Games: Katniss's Interview Dress
This is a fashion design for Katniss's interview dress. I felt that the dress in the movie did not live up to the book's standards. I was inspired by by the colors of burnings coals. In the book Katniss's dress is unreal. It looks like her dress is actually on fire and it burns up in front of the audience, into a white dress which represents the mockingjay. Perhaps a fashion design could make a dress out of green screen material, and animators could use special effects to make it look like it is actually glowing or on fire.
